Sign in to Outlook on the web for business

  1. Open your web browser.

  2. Go to Office 365 sign-in.

    Not using Office 365 for business? Choose one of the following:

    Email account
    Sign-in information
    If your email address ends in,,, or
    Go to Skip the rest of this topic.
    Corporate Exchange-based email that does not use Office 365
    You have to get the web address from the person in your company who manages email. For example, a company named Contoso might tell you to sign in to to get your email.
  3. Enter your full email address (for example, If you don't know your email address and password contact the person in your business who manages your email account.

  4. Enter your password.

  5. Choose Sign in.

  6. Choose the app launcher in the upper right corner Office 365 app launcher icon, and then choose Mail, Calendar, or People(your contacts / email addresses).
